Creating file in Turbo C++

Creating file in Turbo C++ 

Step 1:
Go to drive where Turbo C is installed then go to bin folder
Click on turbo c icon then follow steps.

Create a file:

Open menu by using cursor or type shortcut key ALT+F4 then select new to open new file.

Turbo C++ for C programming...

Turbo C++ was a C++ compiler and integrated development environment and computer language originally from Borland. Most recently it was distributed by Embarcadero Technologies, which acquired all of Borland's compiler tools with the purchase of its CodeGear division in 2008. The original Turbo C++ product line was put on hold after 1994, and was revived in 2006 as an introductory-level IDE, essentially a stripped-down version of their flagship C++Builder. Turbo C++ 2006 was released on September 5, 2006 and was available in 'Explorer' and 'Professional' editions. The Explorer edition was free to download and distribute while the Professional edition was a commercial product. In October 2009 Embarcadero Technologies discontinued support of its 2006 C++ editions. As such, the Explorer edition is no longer available for download and the Professional edition is no longer available for purchase from Embarcadero Technologies. Turbo C++ is succeeded by C++Builder.

The Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA) is one of the Institutes attached to the University of Colombo (IHRA-UOC) and it has been established under the Ordinance No.11 of 1979 which was amended by Ordinance No. 01 of 2006. IHRA is advancing according to the global and local developments through the ‘knowledge economy’.

Universities and Institutes have a greater responsibility to guide the country in correct development path, and educate not only the undergraduates but also the work-groups (knowledge workers) of the country including the decision makers. Unless the current work-groups and decision makers are not updated with fast changing knowledge in the world, country will not be able to go forward as expected. The basic concept of IHRA is, to serve the country by educating “knowledge workers” while keeping the international University organizational standards
